Hi, I'm Lucy and I'm the founder of Freckle Creative Learning
I began Freckle Creative Learning to meet the needs of young learners in Derby.
From professional and personal experience, I saw the growing number of young people whose needs were not being met within mainstream education settings.
Freckle is a creative learning space specialising in teaching creative subjects to children and young people. This can be delivered as 1 to 1 sessions or in small groups.
-
1 to 1 learning is bespoke to individual's needs, with flexibility for 'child-led' projects
-
Small groups, max. of 4 learners, allowing for more attention, support and a quieter environment.
Young people have the opportunity to study an Arts Award course, leading to a recognised qualification accredited by Trinity College London. In future, we plan to offer ASDAN Short Courses in Humanities based subjects.
Please see Tuition for more information on pricing and funding.
